This is another one of my favorite rooms. I just love the cabinets! The sink is absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately it doesn’t work but definitely on the list to be restored. I can just imagine what it must of been like to work in this room in 1904. For its time, it had all the modern conveniences.

Once I purchased the house, I started doing research on it. I was very lucky to come across original blueprints of the house. They were donated to Wright State University. The builder of the home was a prominent architect, Albert Pretzinger of Peters, Burns & Pretzinger.
